Morning Workflow. Snow on the mountains and a Kenyan washed from @carter__coffee on shots

We’ve been churning through our frozen doses of Half Caff by @squaremilecoffee and Life After Death Decaf from @darkartscoffee so we are re-upping on vials of both in the bean freezer. We grind these doses to order on the EK43 so you get the freshest low caffeine beans which taste bangin. None of that stale beans or pre-ground bullsh*t.

The AMOC Castillo came and went and we make way for our first beans from Edinburghs Carter coffee, Gura. A washed Kenyan with notes of blackcurrant and vanilla with a juicy mouthfeel. @amatterofconcrete @carter__coffee

Autumn Breakfast Bowl has landed Our new recipe combines a creamy overnight oats with a depth of flavour tea infusion and texture from the chia seeds. Topped with Greek yoghurt and our own maple caramelised pecan mix and a generous drizzle of maple syrup.
